ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Tickets are valid for a Selected Date of entry only.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for a specific date and time.
• Tickets can be checked at any time during the visit.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Children under 4 years old are free of entry charge.
• Children above 4 years old considered as an adult, full charge.
• Children tickets will be available at MOTF ticketing counter, valid ID must be required.
• Children under 15 years old must always be accompanied by Parent(s) or guardians.
• Food and drinks from outside are strictly prohibited.
• The facility does not allow the carrying of sharp objects, paints, folding bikes, skateboards, large bags, etc.
• No heavy luggage is allowed during this visit.
• The service provider has no responsibility for any component of an attractions non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions. No compensation will be adjusted.

These is an indoor attraction (Museum). So, something light & comfortable! Therefore,
you are visiting Dubai, wearing a conservative and proper dress would be the best option. 

How many people?
Transfer is available for both options, sharing & private.
Guests with shared transfer must expect with other guests joining you on this trip.

How do I get there?
We offer a pickup & drop off to anywhere in Dubai.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

What facility are there?
The attraction has a prayer room, restroom, parking space available, but a nominal charge applies for valet parking.

Souvenirs?
In addition to a complimentary Bloom Horizon souvenir. Tourist gift shop is available in the area,
guests can purchase souvenirs of their choice with their own expenses.

COLLECTION OF CUSTOMERS INFORMATION

❖ Upon enquiry about our products & services, or booking a trip/activity with us, we do ask that all provided customer information (name, email address, contact details, physical address) are correct, in addition to all dates, timings, and guest numbers confirmed prior to the trip/activity taking place.

❖ Please check all the information which you provide us at the time of booking to ensure that is correct on receipt of all documents. And advise us of any error immediately. This information helps our planning team to further meet your requirements for future bookings.

PAYMENTS

❖ Kindly note that the booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment in full. Once payment is completed, our assignments team will send confirmation via email or WhatsApp message.

❖ We accept bank transfer & debit/credit card payments. Payment must be made in full either:                                                                                                                                                                               
(a) at the time of booking, or
(b) to our associates & drivers directly.
If (b), please ensure the customer(s) have the correct cash amount available in the local currency (AED. Dirhams) and DO NOT include any tips wishing to be made in this particular transaction.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

❖ For any changes to your booking(s), please note that you must contact Bloom Horizon within 24 hours before your scheduled pick up or arrival time.

❖ Should full payment fail to be completed before the required date or time of trip/activity, Bloom Horizon reserves the right to cancel the booking(s) and halt any requested or arranged services.

❖ Prior notice of 24 hours or more is mandatory to avoid 100% charges for same day cancellation, or customer(s) absence from the agreed meeting point.
