• All passengers must show up at the time specified on their confirmation voucher.
• Passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the flight.
• Tickets are valid for a selected Date and time.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Children below 5 years old are not allowed to fly.
• Adult 80 years old and above are not allowed to fly.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.
• Guests with major surgery during last 6 months, serious heart problem, knee, back
pain, person with hight phobia are not recommended / not allowed to fly.
• Free Admission for people of determination
• Food and Beverage is not allowed.
• The facility does not allow the carrying of sharp objects, paints, folding bikes, skateboards,
large bags, etc.
• NO heavy luggage is allowed during the flight.
• The service provider has no responsibility for any component of an attractions non
operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions. No compensation will be
adjusted.

What do i wear?
These is a flight adventure tour. So, something lights & comfortable! Therefore, you are
visiting Dubai, wearing a conservative and proper dress would be the best option.

How many people?
Maximum 15 passengers in each flight
Transfer is available for both options, sharing & private.
Guests with shared transfer must expect with other guests joining you on this trip.

How do i get there?
We offer a pickup & drop off to anywhere in Dubai.

What facilities are there?
The campground has ample toilet separate for men & women.

COLLECTION OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
❖ Upon enquiry about our products & services, or booking a trip/activity with us, we do ask that
all provided customer information (name, email address, contact details, physical address) are
correct, in addition to all dates, timings, and guest numbers confirmed prior to the trip/activity
taking place.
❖ Please check all the information which you provide us at the time of booking to ensure that is
correct on receipt of all documents. And advise us of any error immediately. This information
helps our planning team to further meet your requirements for future bookings.

PAYMENTS
❖ Kindly note that the booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment in full. Once payment is completed, our assignment team will send confirmation via email or WhatsApp message.❖ We accept bank transfer & debit/credit card payments.Payment must be made in full either:(a) at the time of booking, or(b) to our associates & drivers directly. If (b), please ensure the customer(s) have the correct cash amount available in the local currency (AED Dirhams) and DO NOT include any tips wishing to be made in this particular transaction.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY
❖ For any changes to your booking(s), please note that you must contact Bloom Horizon within
48 hours before your scheduled pick up or arrival time.
❖ Should full payment fail to be completed before the required date or time of trip/activity,
Bloom Horizon reserves the right to cancel the booking(s) and halt any requested or arranged
services.
❖ Prior notice of 48 hours or more is mandatory to avoid 100% charges for same day
cancellation, or customer(s) absence from the agreed meeting point.
