IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Prior to booking, Bloom Horizon requests that all available trip/activity information is carefully read and understood by the customer(s), including payment procedures and general terms & conditions. Travel timings & trip/activity durations stated are for Bloom Horizons management plan only, and may be affected by adverse weather conditions, construction, or other traffic incidents. As such, Bloom Horizon advises the customer(s) to plan their trip accordingly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS / PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for choosing Bloom Horizon Travel & Tourism. By booking with us, you must agree all the terms and conditions of your chosen trip/activity. The introductory terms and conditions below are applicable for all bookings made with Bloom Horizon Travel & Tourism LLC.

COLLECTION OF CUSTUMER INFORMATION

  • Upon enquiry about our products & services, or booking a trip/activity with us, we do ask that all provided customer information (name, email address, contact details, physical address) are correct, in addition to all dates, timings, and guest numbers confirmed prior to the trip/activity taking place.
  • Please check all the information which you provide us at the time of booking to ensure that is correct on receipt of all documents. And advise us of any error immediately. This information helps our planning team to further meet your requirements for future bookings.

PAYMENTS

  • Kindly note that the booking confirmation is subject to receipt of payment in full. Once payment is completed, our assignment team will send confirmation via email or WhatsApp message.
  • We accept bank transfer & debit/credit card payments. Payment must be made in full either:
    (a) at the time of booking, or
    (b) to our associates & drivers directly.
    If (b), please ensure the customer(s) have the correct cash amount available in the local currency (AED Dirhams) and DO NOT include any tips wishing to be made in this particular transaction.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • For any changes to your booking(s), please note that you must contact Bloom Horizon within 24 hours before your scheduled pick up or arrival time.
  • Should full payment fail to be completed before the required date or time of trip/activity, Bloom Horizon reserves the right to cancel the booking(s) and halt any requested or arranged services.
  • Prior notice of 24 hours or more is mandatory to avoid 100% charges for same day cancellation, or customer(s) absence from the agreed meeting point.
